Conveniently Married

Caroline Causey needs a husband before her upcoming birthday if she’s to receive the trust fund her uncle left her in his will. A friend suggests someone she knows who might be interested. When Caroline catches sight of Joe Vandagriff, though, he’s dressed like a hippy. She wonders what he’s rebelling against. Joe considers marrying Caroline because he needs free room and board temporarily, but Joe wonders if he can live in the same house with such a controlling woman. They marry for convenience, but will love put a damper on their divorce plans?
